When we go up to Mt. Temptation in Jericho, we usually take a rope way. I’m a little afraid of heights, so I think it’s good for me to have a place where I can stop and rest.

エリコにある誘惑の山には、ロープウェイで登ります。
途中で必ず止まるポイントがあって、高所恐怖症を克服するために、ちょうど良い乗り物かもしれません。

Last year, this guidebook was for sale on the bus. It’s a guidebook for Israel in Japanese. But the text is garbled.

AHAVA is one of the most famous souvenirs of Israel. I’ve heard cosmetics and soap containing particular minerals are good for our skin. Some of our members bought a large amount of them.

One man swam in the Sea of Galilee, too. When I pointed my camera at him, he waved his hand.

Maybe you can’t swim, but you can float in the Dead Sea. (Of course, John can swim.) Last year, we swam on the Jordan side of the Dead Sea. This year, we’ll be able to swim on Israel’s side. There is a pillar of salt nearby that reminded us of Lot’s wife.

他のグループの方ですが、ガリラヤ湖でも泳いでいる方がいました。カメラを向けると手を振ってくれました。

どんなカナヅチでも(※ヨハネ君は違います)、水に浮かぶ死海。
去年は、ヨルダン側でしたが、今年はもちろんイスラエル側です。
近くには、ロトの妻が塩の柱になった場所？もあります。
